During the first wave of COVID-19 and strict lockdown, it became difficult for us to do any sort of teaching as the majority of the students moved back to their villages in Gilgit Baltistan and those who stayed back did not have any means of online learning.

However, schools partially reopened in August 2020 and this time we prepared ourselves not only to teach in school but through WhatsApp groups in case of school closure.
